Before you ask
Can I book instantly?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp with your dates and party size and we reply with availability and your best rate directly in the chat, usually within minutes. Nothing is charged online; once you are happy with the rate, payment is by UPI or bank transfer and your booking is confirmed as soon as we verify it.
Do you rent individual bedrooms?
The whole apartment is the product. On rare occasions we release single bedrooms — ask, and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible for your dates.
How is payment taken?
By UPI or bank transfer, against a written quotation. Nothing is charged online, and a booking is confirmed only once we have verified the payment ourselves.
What identification is required?
A government photo ID for every adult guest, collected after your booking is confirmed or at the door. Foreign nationals need passport and visa; we handle the Form C filing.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Changes are handled personally rather than through a form. Message us and we will do what we reasonably can.
